Organization, Management and Control Model (Model) pursuant to Legislative Decree No. 231 of June 8, 2001 and subsequent amendments and additions. The Model represents the set of behavior principles and operating procedures inspired by them adopted by xFarm Technologies Italia srl in order to prevent the commission of crimes. All this complements the Organizational and Control tools already adopted by xFarm Technologies Italia srl The Model also includes the
Code of Ethics of xFarm Technologies Italia srl (published on the websitexfarm and freely downloadable) and xFarm Technologies Italia srl has appointed its own Supervisory Body pursuant to Legislative Decree 231/2001. The parties undertake to act in full compliance with the contents of this Code of Ethics and to report any violations to the company's Supervisory Board (e-mail:xfarm.
