Milan, Oct. 16, 2024 - Regenerative agriculture. Artificial intelligence. Climate change. Protection of biodiversity. Carbon farming. Sustainable innovation. These are some of the key words that will form the conceptual framework of theAgri Data Green Summit, now in its third edition, and to be held Oct. 23 in Milan, Italy, from 9:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.
Organized by xFarm Technologies, a tech company that supports the work of 450,000 farms belonging to more than 100 supply chains on more than 7 million hectares worldwide, with the contribution of Bericus, the summit will once again be a great moment of discussion on the present, and above all the future, of Italian and European agriculture, with top-level speakers from the world of research, the agribusiness sector, trade associations and journalism.
The title of the summit sums up its objectives: New Horizons of Artificial Intelligence for Regenerative and Sustainable Agriculture. Structured in 3 panel discussions, 7 individual talks, an interview and a use case session with some of the most important agrifood companies in Europe, the summit will feature more than 30 outstanding speakers in front of an audience of agricultural entrepreneurs, agronomists, agribusiness managers, investors, researchers and young talents. Again, the first survey on Regenerative Agriculture in Italy, conducted by xFarm Technologies with the contribution of dss+, will be previewed.

Participating in the October 23 summit will be some of the undisputed protagonists of the primary sector, among the pillars of the Italian economy, if we consider that last year Italy's agri-food exports exceeded 60 billion euros, more than 20 billion of which came from agricultural products alone. The Agri Data Green Summit aims ambitiously to understand where the sector is going, and to discover the new innovative solutions proposed by large agribusiness companies and the frontier research generated by cutting-edge universities and centers.
