What is xFarm Education
xFarm Education is a project aimed at training students and teachers in Agriculture 4.0, focusing on the new technologies of the sector. We provide Lessons, Technology and IoT sensors for an all-around learning experience, both in the classroom and in the field, digitising the school’s didactic farm.
Why the project has been created
Agriculture is changing rapidly: every day, new technologies are introduced. However, there is a lack of competencies among the professionals. For these reasons, xFarm believes in the importance of training future professionals; this is the only direction we must follow to build more sustainable and increasingly efficient agriculture. To satisfy this lack of competencies, we have decided to launch an educational project on Agriculture 4.0 that combines theory and practice through workshops and lessons.
Who it is aimed at
The project aims to train different education centres, with the final goal to qualify students and teachers for tomorrow’s agriculture.Institutions such as:
– Universities with an agricultural focus, both Bachelor and Master degrees;
– Professional agricultural schools;
– Agricultural technical schools;
– Superior Technical Institute.We are well aware that every situation is different, so we accompany all institutes in the digitisation of their laboratories and the correct inclusion of Digital Agriculture in the curriculum, calibrating it according to the course of study in progress.
What xFarm Education comprises

We help the institute communicate innovation in its curriculum to attract new students
Certificate
xFarm Education introduces you to the new world of digital agriculture and shows you the technologies and innovation in agriculture. Thanks to our method, you will not only learn about the digital tools available to Farmers 4.0, but you will also gradually learn how to use digital technology to manage your farm in a smart and efficient way using our application through demos and simulations.
At the end of the course you will be issued with a certificate proving the skills acquired in the field of agriculture 4.0 and the use of management systems for agriculture.
